 What are Health And Fitness?

Health Can Be Defined As Physical, Mental, and Social Well Being not merely physical well being. Health and Fitness go hand in hand. We have to keep ourselves fit to maintain our health. Health is Wealth that's why we must take care of ourselves. Being healthy doesn't mean exercising regularly it is a much vaster concept.

Health in every aspect of life:

There are five aspects of personal health Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, and Intelectual:

PHYSICAL: 

  • Exercise! Even walking 30 minutes a day three times a week will greatly improve your health.
  • Eat Healthily. Avoid fried foods, soft drinks, processed meats, and sweets. Try to include 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in your diet every day.
  • Don't skip meals. Especially breakfast, it slows down your metabolic rate and can cause weight gain.
  • Avoid heavy episodic drinking and drug use. No more than five drinks in one sitting for men and four for women. Don't play drinking games and space drinks over time alternating with a glass of water.
  • Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep every night.

Emotional:

  • Try to maintain a positive attitude even when problems arise.
  • Discover your personal stress reliever. Manage your time wisely because it will help lower stress.
  • Find someone that you trust who you can openly share your feelings with.
  • Seek professional help when you need it.
  • Smile even when you don't feel like it. 

Social:

  • Get involved. There are a variety of clubs and organizations on campus; you're bound to find something that interests you.
  • Know who your best friends are.
  • Recognize when you are in an unhealthy relationship.
  • Balance your social life with your academic responsibility.

Spiritual:

  • Find a quiet place and spend time there every day.
  • Contemplate the meaning of your life.
  • If you have a religion, study and practice it.
  • Spend time appreciating the natural world around you.

Intellectual:

  • Keep abreast of current affairs.
  • Take your schoolwork seriously and spend time in the library.
  • Seek academic help if you need it.
  • Become a life-long learner.

Why Health Is the Most Important Part of our Life?

Your Health Is at the center of your life. Every part of our life relies on you having good health.
You cannot succeed in your life if your health is not supporting you, some people's who are facing physical problem in their life but they gain lots of popularity in the whole world just because of their mental health, they showed the whole world if you are physically unfit still you can do lots of thing in your life. Being Healthy Gives you lots of confidence for performing every action you need to live a better life.
 

How Being Happy Make You Healthier:

  • Promotes a healthy lifestyle: Being happy gives lots of options for how you want to live your life and it promotes lots of habits that are good for your health
  • Boost Your Immune System: A healthy immune system is important for overall health. Research has shown that being happier may help keep your immune system strong.

  • Helps Combat Stress: Healthy and happy mind give you the confidence to reduce stress and increase your thinking ability to find the solution cause of your problems.
  • Protect Your Heart: Being Happy protects your heart by reducing blood pressure, a major risk factor of heart disease.
